Located within a fast growing Atlanta region, Arabia not only tells a complex story of quarrying and commerce, but also offers unique and scenic natural recreation areas. The region retains an open and small-scale character, in contrast to the fast growing metropolitan city.

- Panola Mountain State Conservation Park (est. 1969)
- Davidson Arabia Nature Preserve (est. 1973)
- Miner's Creek Preserve (est. 1977)
- South Rockdale Community Park (est. 1991)
